The aim of this research was examine and analyze the effect ofownership structure, capital structureand company size on corporate financial performance.The performance in study is measured using Return Asset (ROA) ownership structureas by managerial ownership, Debt Equity Ratio (DER) sizeas total assets. sample used 20 companies from a population 54 property, real estate building construction that listed Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 obtained 100 observations for period 2015-2019. determined purposive sampling method.
